• 1977 | Strategic Expansion: Under the second-generation leadership of Mr. Tarapan Kr. Paul, the business expanded across the North and East markets, diversifying its portfolio into lifestyle products and commercial hotelware.
• 2013 | Global Brand Curation: The business entered a pivotal growth phase by securing exclusive distributorships with premier global and household names. Simultaneously, third-generation leader Mr. Tapabrata Paul stepped in, modernizing operations through digital platforms, establishing partnerships with premium hotels, and introducing Pauls Giftorium.
• 2024 | Expanding South: Transforming HORECA procurement entirely, Earth Element launched its Bengaluru branch under the leadership of Mr. Tapabrata Paul and Mrs. Rakhi Paul Nandy. This milestone expanded our reach into the South Indian market through premium café/restaurant partnerships and cutting-edge e-commerce technology.
